-General

  • Strategically place Pylons to power buildings and not clutter the base

  • Protoss units and buildings require more gas than other races

  • Photon Cannons work well for defense, yet they are expensive

  • Hallucinate units with the High Templars' ability so enemies waste time attacking units that do not exist

  • Using a Shuttle, drop off a High Templar within an enemies base, outside of attacking range, and use Psionic Storm on workers to slow the income of minerals

  • Place Observers throughout the map on unused mineral fields to see in advance when an enemy goes to establish a base, and take out that base before it is operational

  • Use the Arbiter's Recall ability to transport units behind enemy lines

-Against Terran

  • Carriers along with an Observer can devastate Terran threats

  • Combinations of Zealots, Dragoons, and Photon Cannons are good defensive stances early on in games

  • Zealots are the best suited units to bout with Goliaths after the speed upgrade

  • Be weary of a Science Vessels EMP Shockwave which removes the Shields of units and structures

  • When dealing with Battlecruisers Carriers and Scouts together do quite well

  • Observers patrolling around the base can give early warning signs of Wraiths attacking or Ghosts preparing to set off a Nuclear Strike

-Against Zerg

  • Dragoons are a good way to remove Overlords from seeing what is located within a base

  • Have backup units to protect a base besides Photon Cannons for Zerglings can destroy Photon Cannons fairly quickly

  • Send units with Parasite to the front lines of attacking forces

  • Use Zealots to counter the attacks of Zerglings

  • Use Disruption Web to Disable Spore Colonies around Zerg Bases
